Custom HTTP headers
Overview
You can configure custom HTTP headers to be added to the Interact web application. This lets Power Users add HTTP headers that enable browser-specific settings as required.
Added HTTP headers are returned on every response. They are often used to strengthen the browser's default security stance. If misused, they can cause applications to fail and error. Because the headers can be used to increase or decrease security postures, they can only be managed by the Interact Technical Support team.
To apply settings for this functionality, contact the Interact Technical Support team. They will ensure the request is properly validated, recorded and audited, and can advise on the suitability of the more common headers.
Warning: HTTP headers are cached at the application layer. Any changes are not seen in the browser until the cache has expired and refreshed.
