Concur

Show real-time SAP Concur expense and credit card notifications in the Interact notifications bar.

The Concur integration gives you real-time notifications directly from Concur, shown within the Interact notifications bar:

  • Expenses — all expenses that require your approval.
  • Credit card — all credit card transactions that are not assigned to an expense claim.

Before you start

You need:

  • A Power User account in Interact with access to Control Panel > Marketplace.
  • Access to SAP Concur with the Client Web Services permission. Interact uses the SAP Concur API, which requires this permission. If you are unsure whether you have it, speak to the Concur technical support team.
  • Your tenant URI to hand, to build the redirect URI.

Step 1: Configure Concur

To create a Concur API client, raise a support ticket with Concur's technical support team to request a client with the following settings:

  • Type: authorization type grant
  • Redirect URI: https://{{intranet_url}}/marketplace/concur/account/sign-in/oauth2, for example https://demo.interactgo.com/marketplace/concur/account/sign-in/oauth2

The Concur team will then provide you with a Client ID and Client Secret.

Step 2: Configure the Interact Marketplace

  1. Go to Control Panel > Marketplace and select Concur.
  2. Specify the Client ID and Client Secret from the Concur support ticket.
  3. Select Save.

Note: To enable the Concur tabs within the notifications panel, contact Interact Support.
