Get Section Permissions

This allows the user to get permissions for a specific section and will return the information the user would get from clicking on the 'Change Permissions' option in the Administration accordion on the Side Menu.

The user will get the individual results of users in each group (EG Power Users & Everyone) as well as the different level descriptions and summaries.
